DSE or above;
At least 2 years relevant experience in supply chain / logistics operation with fulfillment services experience;
Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Self-Motivated, Independent, willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
Familiar with computer skill;
A good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)

What do you need to do...

Monitor the shipment and shipping documentation to facilitate shipment arrangements and ensure smooth daily operations;
Strong liaison skills between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations;
Deal with day to day logistics and warehouse interactions such as receiving, storage, and claims;
System upload, update, analysis, reports and maintain the accuracy of data using company and warehouse related systems;
