- Achieve trust sales targets through branches in the group and other sales channels.
- Play a main role in business development activities, including meeting with prospective clients, preparing proposals and attending to client enquiries.
- Actively support the initial client onboarding process and handle initial asset injection.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing proper trust structuring solutions.
- Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business.
- Develop a network with external professional contacts with the target of maximizing value added to the clients.
- At least 5 years of working experience in wealth planning, trust, and other fiduciary services.
- Working experience in trust companies preferred.
- STEP or ICSA qualification preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge in trust, tax, accounting, and investment products.
- Able to assist in reviewing trust and related documentation.
- Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills, good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Frequent travel is required.
