We invite applications for a Senior Lecturer/Lecturer position to support our academic programs in health services management and technology. This role primarily focuses on teaching and curriculum enhancement, with opportunities for engagement in research activities. Applicants are expected to engage in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in English and Putonghua.Key Responsibilities * Teaching and Curriculum Development:Develop and review programme curriculum and contribute to accreditation exercises.Deliver high-quality instruction in courses related to health services management and technology.Develop and enhance course materials and assessments aligned with programme objectives.Supervise students' research projects and provide mentorship throughout their academic journeys. * Engagement in Scholarly Activities:Participate in scholarly activities relevant to teaching and learning, health services and technology or related areas, as time and interest allow.Collaborate with colleagues on research projects and contribute to publications if applicable. * Professional Development:Stay updated on trends and advancements in health services and technology, integrating relevant content into teaching.Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching effectiveness and subject matter expertise. * Collaboration and Engagement:Foster collaborative relationships with faculty from other disciplines to enhance interprofessional education.Contribute to initiatives that promote interdisciplinary learning among students. * Service:
- Engage in activities that promote the academic programmes and their objectives within the College and the broader community.
- A Master’s degree or above in a relevant field;
- Demonstrated expertise in health services management or related disciplines;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Teaching experience at the higher education level is preferred;
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Putonghua.
