To learn more about Maxim’s, visitAssistant Manager, Research & DevelopmentThis role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet the company's quality standards.Responsibilities:

Cooperate with internal and external parties for the product development process of new products and the improvement process of existing products
Oversee formulation, prototyping, sensory evaluation and shelf-life studies
Implement shelf-life testing procedures for assessing raw materials, in-process and finished products
Conduct studies on given topics regarding the new food technology and trends
Prepare recipes, cost estimation, product specification and related documents

Requirements:

Degree holder or above in Food Science or related disciplines
Min. 8 years working experience in R&D in food industry, preferably with hands-on exposure in prepacked products
Knowledge in product formulation, product development, regulatory requirement and manufacturing of food products is preferred
Creative, self-motivated and with good communication skill
Proficient in PC applications and Chinese word processing
Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Research & Development Officer
