About Our ClientA reputable financial services company with approximately 200 employees in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled C&B Manager to join their HR team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead compensation and benefits (C&B) operations within a dynamic and growing organization, contributing to strategic workforce management.Job Description
  • Manage end-to-end compensation and benefits processes, including payroll administration, taxation compliance, medical benefits management, and other C&B administrative tasks.
  • Support the annual compensation review cycle, conducting salary benchmarking and analytical assessments to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure all C&B activities comply with Hong Kong labor laws, taxation regulations, and internal policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Partner with HR and finance teams to address employee inquiries, resolve C&B issues, and provide guidance on benefits programs.
  • Prepare detailed C&B reports, leveraging data to provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance C&B processes, implementing efficient systems and practices to support a workforce of approximately 200 employees.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong preference for candidates from the financial services sector.
  • Proven expertise in payroll management, taxation, medical benefits administration, and general C&B operations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in salary benchmarking and data-driven C&B analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and provide effective C&B advice.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial and personal data with discretion.
