- Manage end-to-end compensation and benefits processes, including payroll administration, taxation compliance, medical benefits management, and other C&B administrative tasks.
- Support the annual compensation review cycle, conducting salary benchmarking and analytical assessments to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with business goals.
- Ensure all C&B activities comply with Hong Kong labor laws, taxation regulations, and internal policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Partner with HR and finance teams to address employee inquiries, resolve C&B issues, and provide guidance on benefits programs.
- Prepare detailed C&B reports, leveraging data to provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to enhance C&B processes, implementing efficient systems and practices to support a workforce of approximately 200 employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong preference for candidates from the financial services sector.
- Proven expertise in payroll management, taxation, medical benefits administration, and general C&B operations.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in salary benchmarking and data-driven C&B analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and provide effective C&B advice.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
