- Develop and build relationships with key customers, understand customer needs and achieve business objectives together with distributor.
- Expanding the partnership with distributor by continuously problem solving and creative ideas initiating.
- Co-work with cross function smoothly such as Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
- Serve as the bridge of communication between distributor, key customers and internal teams.
- Prepare regular reports of tasks progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability in problem-solving and strategic thinking is necessary.
- Responsible for delivering volume, market share and sales with the distributor.
- Preparing volume forecast and plans and work with Distributor to manage inventory levels, out of stock, warehousing, product ageing, trade spend and trade returns
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, finance and supply chain) to ensure efficient and effective execution.
- Resolve any issues and problems of distributor and act as a bridge between distributor and internal team. And support in ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with talented in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Bachelor & Above Degree.
- 3+ years of experiences in in a MNC role of Key accounts or sales management
- Knowledge and experience with Distributor management is a plus.
- Sense of market trends, customer annual strategy and take-action quickly.
- Demonstrate excellent learning agilities and result oriented.
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
