Handle the PO processes and ensure the submission from departments complying with supply chain policy
Monitor the PO status and ensure on-time delivery of materials or services
Coordinate with the end-user and suppliers of purchasing requests
Involve in supplier quality assessment, internal control, and other supply chain compliances
Participate in Supply Chain Projects as assigned

Requirements:

Higher diploma or above in Procurement/Supply Chain Management/Business Administration or related disciplines
1-year experience or above on supply chain aspects especially in procurement, fresh graduate will also be considered
Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
Proficient PC skills in MS office, familiar with Oracle system is preferred
Possess can do attitude and proactive
