- Perform administrative duties and assist Catering Sales on daily routine work and ensure procedures are followed.
- Sort incoming mails and correspondence.
- Run, organize and control distribution of weekly function sheets, event orders and amendments.
- Answer clients' inquiries and provide catering information such as menus, beverage, set up and other miscellaneous arrangement.
- Liaise with all concerned departments prior to the function.
- Accomplish any other duties, which may be assigned.
- Tertiary education in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in catering sales
- Creative with excellent organization and negotiation skills
- Well-versed in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
