We are located within Harbour City in the heart of the commercial, shopping and entertainment district, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. We invite applications for the following position:Responsibilities:

Perform administrative duties and assist Catering Sales on daily routine work and ensure procedures are followed.
Sort incoming mails and correspondence.
Run, organize and control distribution of weekly function sheets, event orders and amendments.
Answer clients' inquiries and provide catering information such as menus, beverage, set up and other miscellaneous arrangement.
Liaise with all concerned departments prior to the function.
Accomplish any other duties, which may be assigned.

Requirements:

Tertiary education in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in catering sales
Creative with excellent organization and negotiation skills
Well-versed in spoken and written English and Chinese
Fresh graduates will also be considered
