- Prepare comprehensive reporting packages on a monthly, quarterly, interim, and year-end basis for submission to the holding company.
- Conduct interim and year-end closing activities in compliance with HKFRS and HK listing rules.
- Streamline and maintain accounting processes, policies, and guidelines to ensure efficiency.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors for interim reviews and annual audits.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/ finance/ economics or related.
- Financial reporting and consolidation experience from listed companies with prior external audit experience.
- Flexible, hand-on, detail-oriented with strong business sense, problem solving skill
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
