Role Summary:The role is responsible for to execute marketing activities including, operational execution, implementation of the portfolio communication strategy and follow–up, support of internal communications among the team, coordination and alignment with enabling functions.Key Responsibilities:Assist Marketing Lead in implementing brand strategiesFollow up promotional calendar and territory PoAs and perform analysis of the scope, impact and efficiency of promotional investmentMaintain territory dashboards and run Value Added Programs impact analysisSupport the development of promotion materials and sales literatureDeliver project coordination according to pre-defined action plan for regular eventsManage institutional databaseSupport budget controlsCoordinate logistics and contents of BU meetings, field force POAs, team buildings and training-related activities including managing the virtual training calendarCoordinate Speaker Tours, interacting with Speakers and KOLs for logisticsSet-up and distribute promotional cyclesManage travel coordination, calendar and meeting arrangement of International and National Congresses and SeminarsRequirements:University graduateAt least 2 years’ experience in marketingGood understanding of healthcare/pharmaceutical industry is highly preferredExcellent communication & presentation skillsGood command of Chinese and EnglishGood learning agilityWilling to embrace challengesAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
