- Take and manage reservations and table assignments effectively

- Build and maintain positive rapport with customers You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers and to serve Food & Beverage to guests, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Qualification in Food and Beverage Service training
- Preferable prerequisite experience in a hotel/ restaurant with good standards
- Basic Computer Skills and Cashiering Skills
- Good communication skills and language skills
- A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
