- Perform day-to-day business operation of commercial credit reference agency which work closely with banking/financial industry and SME clients;
- Handle customer enquiries and related tasks in daily operational services including hotline, walk-in, correspondence services and user trainings;
- Provide external customer support, maintenance, troubleshooting and may perform UAT on systems;
- Provide end-to-end support to the team to improve the internal workflow workflow, such as presentations, documentations, meetings, etc., to get buy-ins from customers and the management.
- University graduate in Business, Finance, IT or related disciplines;
- 2-5 years working experience in Customer Service for corporate customers. Experience in Banking or IT industry highly preferred;
- Excellent skills in customer service and communication;
- Preferable experience in presentations;
- Skills & knowledge in setting up Excel formulae and Access are advantages;
- Responsible, attentive to details, able to work independently to fulfill goals from start to finish;
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Candidate with more experience would be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer.
