We are looking for Technology & Innovation Officer / Assistant for Hotel ICON.Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, core systems, and network issues.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Support both internal and external users with IT-related issues and
Provide IT training to end users.
Document IT processes, configurations, and changes.
Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and new implementations.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
Knowledge of PMS, POS, Microsoft 365, Windows platform, VMware, AI, Robotics, process automation, network administration, security, etc.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA , CCNA, CISSP, Network+, MCITP, PMP) are advantageous.
Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to stay updated with IT trends.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Technology & Innovation Assistant
