
Executive Assistant / Secretary

- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Oversee daily operations of the MD's household and personal matters
- Support the MD in improving the performance and coordination of the sales team
- Help ensure the sales team is aligned with goals and standards
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar executive assistant role
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data and reports clearly
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work well under pressure
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
