- Key accounts management for targeted specialists including Oncologist, Hematologist and Ophthalmologist
- Build long term relationships with local KOLs, private clinics and medical groups
- Organizes and implements selling activities in line with the plan for business in private sector
- Maximize sales and profitability by appropriate sales strategies, marketing, technical and sales support programs
- Analyze sales performance and business review to identify issues and action plans
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to maximize sales prospects
- Perform the calls on assigned customers at specified frequency and ensures achievement of sales volume
- Identify new business opportunities and gain new or expanded business within territory while maintaining existing business
- Develop and maintain territory and customer records
- Handle customer inquiries and offer prompt responses to ensure smooth operations.
- Responsible for departmental ROI & KPI
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare / Pharma / related business
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in GP / NGO / HMO sectors
- Establish strong and reliable connections with major key account clients in medical group / clinics channel
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goals oriented
