- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, resolving issues related to head office and local banking systems and applications.
- Lead and coordinate system projects from inception to completion, working closely with our head office, external vendors, business users, and internal IT teams.
- Manage key project activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training, and the preparation and release of system updates.
- Conduct thorough feasibility studies and impact analyses for proposed system changes to inform decision-making.
- Drive system-related changes to comply with industry-wide initiatives from bodies like the HKMA or HKICL
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management or business application support, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong IT literacy with a solid understanding of banking systems and applications.
- Highly responsible and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
