With the growth of the organization, our client is looking for an outstanding individual to join them due to expansion.Reporting to the CIO, you will be responsible for macro research and analysis for the portfolio's Global Event Driven Strategy including but not limited to: a) develop investment thesis and write investment memos, b) develop, maintain, and update investment databases and reports, e) work closely with CIO and other coworkers on investment selection (equity biased). In addition, the analyst is expected to assist/lead other activities as it arises.To be qualified, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role in hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity funds, or other related fields. Experienced in macro research and strong awareness to global macro events together with advanced modeling in Excel; knowledge of VBA and financial modeling a plus.
