- Provide Level 1 and 2 support for voice systems
- Manage daily operations of Nice and Verba recording systems
- Support IPC Unigy, Cisco Voice, and MS Teams voice services
- Perform daily system checks and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot voice and recording issues
- Collaborate with global teams on projects and knowledge sharing
- Prepare reports for operations and compliance teams
- Ensure system availability and meet service deadlines
- Assist with incident and change management
- Train and support team members
- 5+ years in trading voice support
- Expertise in Nice NTR/NTR-X, Nice Fusion, Verint Verba
- Knowledge of IPC Unigy, Cisco CUCM, MS Teams Voice
- Familiarity with Windows servers and private wires
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a global team
- Understanding of compliance regulations (MiFID, Dodd-Frank)
- Experience with SQL Server, NAS, SAN systems a plus
- CCNA or CCNA Voice certification advantageous
