- Assist in Employee Benefits policies' system setups, contract, policy documents and bills preparation
- Meet service turnaround time to achieve targets e.g. productivity and accuracy
- Follow up requests from intermediaries and internal departments
- Provide assistance in projects and user acceptance test cases preparation and execution
- Perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks to support the operation of the department
- Ensure quality work output and accuracy
- University degree of any discipline
- At least 2 years' customer service or administrative experience, preferably in service industry or sizeable organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service skills
- Attend to details with good organizing skills
- Good PC skills including Word and Excel
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
