  • Assist in Employee Benefits policies' system setups, contract, policy documents and bills preparation
  • Meet service turnaround time to achieve targets e.g. productivity and accuracy
  • Follow up requests from intermediaries and internal departments
  • Provide assistance in projects and user acceptance test cases preparation and execution
  • Perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks to support the operation of the department
  • Ensure quality work output and accuracy
Qualifications
  • University degree of any discipline
  • At least 2 years' customer service or administrative experience, preferably in service industry or sizeable organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Attend to details with good organizing skills
  • Good PC skills including Word and Excel
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
