- Participate in solution architecture and pre-sales activities for Oracle projects
- Lead and ramp up the Oracle solution team, including hiring, team management, and sharing best practices and market knowledge
- Collaborate with business development and account management teams to drive consulting capability and business development such as identifying opportunities, engaging in client conversations, creating proposals, delivering presentations, providing advisory services, and overseeing projects from strategic consulting execution to enabling engineering services
- Represent the team in meetings and conference calls, building relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver innovative solutions that exceed expectations
- Design proposals, technology roadmaps, blueprints, and delivery plans for multiple large-scale projects, including budgeting, timeline management, and resource allocation
- Proactively manage project and program P&L, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, while being clear on available options and associated consequences
- Stay updated on technologies and drive the implementation of new initiatives within the organization
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline
- 15+ years of relevant experience in the IT sector combined in solution architecture design/IT consulting/client facing (sales/pre-sales/stakeholder management) with a proven track record of overseeing large-scale Oracle projects; IT consulting firm/professional services/solution provider background is preferable but not a must
- Strong understanding of more than one Oracle technology such as Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, E-Business Suite, Cloud, etc.
- Solid experience in project management including resource management, budgeting, and risk management in an agile/scrum environment
- Prior experience in building, ramping up, and managing a team would be advantageous
- Solid client-facing/consulting skills and experience including but not limited to strategy, business cases, target operating models, service/process design, business architecture modeling, project planning, organizational change techniques, etc.
- Excellent leadership, communication, influencing, planning, and organizing skills
- Proficient in spoken and written both Chinese and English is a must
- Candidates who have less experience might be also considered for the Senior Manager position
