Team Head Regulatory Compliance - Corporate Bank

• Report directly to the head of compliance whilst managing a team of 12 staff
• This role will focus on compliance advisory and regulatory compliance for their wholesale banking business including corporate banking, global banking, global markets and treasury
• main point of contact with HK regulators such as HKMA and SFC
• liaise with senior stakeholders and senior management
• work in a 2nd line of defence compliance function

• bachelor degree
• 10-15+ years of regulatory/general compliance experience from bank
• preferably from wholesale banking such as corporate banking and global markets
• must have excellent inter-personal skills and strong senior stakeholder management
• must have leadership skills
• must be fluent in Cantonese and can read and write Chinese
• must be fluent in English
