[Ref. No.: 3/03/AMFA/ES/HKTDC]The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic and high caliber professional to join our Exhibition Services Department.Responsibilities:

Report to H/ES, provide timely and accurate analytical reports for assisting in planning, monitoring, controlling and reporting budgets for operational activities
Lead a small accounting team to manage the financial and accounting functions in Exhibition Services Department including accounts receivable and payable management, operating assets inventory management
Ensure timely submission of accounting reports and coordinate with Finance & Accounts Department to support on annual budgeting, monthly budget forecast and cash flow projection, and financial reporting
Maintain policies and procedures for effective internal control

Requirements:

Degree holder or a qualified accountant with a recognised accountancy qualification (HKICPA or equivalent)
Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in sizable organisations
Self-motivated, meticulous and be able to handle multiple projects within tight schedules and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in both oral and written communications in English and Chinese
Proficient in computer skills, knowledge of Oracle System an advantage
Working location in Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate

Remuneration and Benefits:Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
