To learn more about us, visit www.hthkh.com.Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our telecom team, focusing on selling mobile solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom sales and a proven track record of managing client relationships and driving business growth.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients.
  • Identify and understand the mobile solution needs of SMEs.
  • Present and sell mobile solutions tailored to SME requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status and performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
  • F.5 or above
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the telecom industry.
  • Strong understanding of mobile solutions and SME needs.
  • Experience in selling telecom solutions to SMEs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite preferrable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of specific telecom tools or software.
