- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients.
- Identify and understand the mobile solution needs of SMEs.
- Present and sell mobile solutions tailored to SME requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of solutions.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare and present reports on account status and performance.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- F.5 or above
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the telecom industry.
- Strong understanding of mobile solutions and SME needs.
- Experience in selling telecom solutions to SMEs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite preferrable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of specific telecom tools or software.
