We are seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to join our Private Banking team. As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will provide support to Relationship Managers in managing and servicing private banking clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private banking, with expertise in trade execution, account opening, and fluent Mandarin language skills to cater to our Mandarin-speaking clients.Client DetailsWell established Private BankDescription1. Client Servicing: - Assist Relationship Managers in providing excellent service to private banking clients. - Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. - Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.2. Trade Execution: - Work closely with Relationship Managers and the trading desk to execute client trades efficiently and accurately. - Monitor trade settlement and ensure timely resolution of any issues. - Stay updated on market conditions and provide clients with relevant trade execution advice.3. Account Opening and Onboarding: - Assist in the account opening process for new clients, ensuring all required documentation is collected and compliance procedures are followed. - Facilitate the onboarding of new clients by coordinating with various internal departments. - Conduct due diligence checks on clients in accordance with regulatory and internal policies.4. Relationship Management Support: - Prepare client presentations, reports, and other documentation as required by Relationship Managers. - Help prepare and participate in client meetings and reviews. - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and provide solutions to client needs.5.
