
Executive Officer (holding the functional title of Assistant Manager)

- Support the efficient administration, organization and operation of a membership network that is currently administered by the LKS Faculty of Medicine, such as managing communications, social media and website, as well as organizing regular meetings, taking notes and preparing agendas;
- Support in the planning, preparation and execution of various projects, events and initiatives, such as the U21 Health Sciences Group 2026 Annual Meeting, including the planning of the programme, managing and keeping track of budgets, marketing and promotion the annual meeting, coordinating with speakers and sub-groups, organizing logistics such as venue, transportation, catering, and writing reports and summaries;
- Foster and maintain effective relationships with different stakeholders internationally, and within the Faculty;
- Manage processes and execute strategies that would enhance global partnerships;
- Conduct research on global partners to identify opportunities for collaboration;
- Assist in upkeeping and developing presentations and materials to support and further the work of the Partnership and Engagement team;
- Keep track of the progress of activities, conversations and outcomes of the Partnership and Engagement team to maintain a holistic overview of global partnerships;
- Manage administrative tasks that may include budgeting, reporting, and documentation of global partnership activities.
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years of full-time relevant experience in a role that has had international exposure, project management and operations;
- Cultural competency, and an openness and keenness to expand global exposure and networks;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, internal and external;
- Flexibility, as this role will require working with international counterparts;
- Proactive, able to self-manage while working collaboratively, resourceful and a problem-solver;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently;
- Understanding of tertiary education and global healthcare education trends, policies and practices;
- Fluent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, Canva, and Adobe at a minimum. Knowledge in other tools and online Software as a Service is helpful.
