Overview:Our client is looking for an IT Operations Team Lead to oversee a 24x7 support team. The role involves system monitoring, security oversight, and ensuring SLA compliance in a Linux-based environment.Key Responsibilities:
Lead 7x24 operations team and manage onsite/offsite support
Configure, implement, manage, and troubleshoot the internal system
Monitor system performance and handle incident response
Handle security incidents and ensure system/network protection
Ensure SLA compliance and minimize service disruptions
Coordinate hardware repair and network support
Liaise with external parties including government stakeholders
Work with third-party providers on system integration
Maintain detailed system and operational documentation
Requirements:
Strong Linux/system administration experience
Good understanding of IT security and incident response
Team leadership in 24x7 or shift-based environments
Experience with government clients is a plus
Willing to work on a 7x24 shift schedule
