  • Rotate across departments (Marketing, Sales, Finance & Accounts, Design, IT and HR) to gain end-to-end business perspective
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop strategies protecting assets and driving profitability
  • Analyze sales, profit, and inventory data to identify trends
  • Recommend actionable solutions to optimize business performance
  • Master luxury product expertise through overseas training in watches, jewellery, and gold
  • Program Duration : Approximately 24 months (progress-dependent)
Working location: CentralRequirements
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • With a sharp business acumen for analyzing trends and driving growth
  • A self-starter with an innate drive for excellence and results
  • Exemplifies integrity, teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills
