We are committed to delivering comprehensive, coordinated care for everyone and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.Job Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls, retrieve voicemails and follow-up with customers- Build long-term relationship with healthcare services providers and customers- Initiate and maintain communication for internal and external distribution- Provide accurate administrative assessments and records- Complete customer requests via non-call channels such as email and fax in a timely manner- Support corporate clients on health plan operation, inquiry and other related issues- No Telesales is requiredSkills- 1-2 years of customer service/call center experience, medical-related or insurance is a plus- Good telephone and customer services manner, flexible and independent- Good spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin- Candidate with more experience will be considered a senior position
