3) IT Security Lead - Leading Investment BankOur client is a prominent financial institution with a strong trading portfolio in the global market, they are seeking a highly skilled Front-to-Back Trading Platform Technical Product Owner to join the technology team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading the development and execution of the design and build of the trading platform, ensuring seamless integration across all front-to-back systems. As the Technical Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, guide the development process, and deliver high-quality solutions to meet the evolving needs of the stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of the front-to-back trading platform strategy in collaboration with stakeholders and key partners.
Define and prioritize the product roadmap and feature backlog based on market trends, client feedback, and business requirements.
Work closely with engineering teams to drive the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Act as a subject matter expert on the trading platform, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams and clients as needed.
Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of the trading platform and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role in the financial services industry, with a focus on front-to-back trading platforms.
Understanding of various asset classes including Equity and Fixed Income.
In-depth knowledge of trading platforms, market structure, and financial products.
Strong technical background and understanding of software development methodologies and processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar certification preferred.
