From welcoming new colleagues to best-in-class leadership development programmes, employee potentials will be identified and nurtured throughout their career with the Group.We are looking for an Assistant Security Manager based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!As an Assistant Security Manager, we rely on you to:Attend all necessary meetings and disseminate all relevant information obtained to Shift SupervisorsEnsure the operation runs efficiently, supervise the duty roster, overtime / leave requests etc.Plan manpower resources according to special demands e.g. VIP functions / special eventsEnsure the team maintain crime awareness and protection of Hotel assetsDevelop and deliver necessary trainings to the team / other DepartmentsGenerate incident, accident and E-log reports in line with prescribed format and standardsHandle all reports, memos, documentation, maintenance records, meeting minutesAssist Director of Security in planning, organisation, staff supervision and quality controls for the Security OperationWe are looking for someone who has:Diploma / Certificate or above with professional qualifications in Security ManagementValid Security Personnel Permit and driving licenseMinimum 5 years of experience with 3 years supervisory experience in Hotel / Security IndustryAble to assess risks and perform independent security operationsKnowledge of security access control system, alarm monitoring system and CCTV systemGood Interpersonal skills and communications skillsGood command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and PutonghuaAll information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purpose.
