Provide Level 1 & 2 deskside support including setup, installation, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and applications
Resolve general queries, incidents, and service requests related to desktops, laptops, and applications
Maintain and track IT asset inventory
Document issues, resolutions, and processes in the ITSM platform
Ensure compliance with company security policies and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for smooth technology operations
For System Administrator - Network
Manage and monitor the private Cloud network with 24/7 support
Handle installation, configuration, admin, monitoring, traffic analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Cisco, Huawei, and Juniper devices
Collaborate with vendors and teams for implementation
Provide timely Cloud network problem-solving and technical training to developers and operators
For System Administrator - Cloud
Manage and monitor private Cloud resources with 24/7 support. Implement automation to boost efficiency. Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and data protection. Troubleshoot Cloud issues quickly. Collaborate with teams for secure, smooth Cloud integration. Provide technical guidance and training on Cloud processes
工作要求For System Administrator (Deskside)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Minimum 2 years’ experience in deskside technical support, banking / financial industry experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting
Good communication skills; capable of supporting users under pressure
Self-motivated and able to work independently
For System Administrator (Network)
Bachelors in Telecom, CS, IT or related
3+ years networking experience
Skilled in installing and troubleshooting switches, routers, firewalls
Good with IP/Ethernet and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.)
Reliable, works well under pressure, flexible hours
