This position will be responsible on liaise with Japan headquarter, internal departments and Shanghai team to expand the brand & business development in Asia marketResponsibilities:
- Liaise with Japan headquarters and other parties for items strategy planning and promotion
- Proceed license checking for all the campaign and items
- Assist in overall launching and production schedule management
- Respond for promotion planning and execution
- Support Sales team to maximize the sales and work on the offer documents preparation
- Sample and replacement arrangement
- Carry out quarterly strategy review for whole Asia market business
- Handle Internal coordination and management, documents preparation
- Business trip to SEA Area for market research, meeting with distributors is necessary
- Diploma or above in sales & marketing or other related studies
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales marketing
- Working experience in Toys or Japanese Companies would be an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin, English and Japanese (Level 2/ N2 of JLPT or above is a must)
- Strong communication, negotiation as well as presentation skills
- Strong problem solving, able to work under pressure & work independent with good interpersonal
- Be sensitive on toys market & IP character trends
