Treasury Manager, Fintech, 75K

• Assist in managing day-to-day treasury operations, including loan operations, cash flow forecasting, treasury related reporting, bank account management, and KYC queries.
• Manage intercompany loans. Preparing relevant agreements and calculate interest receivable. Review the financial position of treasury related vehicle.
• Handle queries raised by relationship banks and loan agencies. Liaise with other departments to prepare replies.
• Assist in reviewing loan documents. Coordinate with company secretary for document execution.
• Liaise with auditors and compliance team on treasury and tax issues.
• Handle ad hoc assignments, including administration duties.

• Degree holder in Finance and Accounting
• CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred
• Minimum 8 years relevant corporate treasury & accounting experience
• Strong analytical and reporting skills and proficiency in MS Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Independent, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities
• Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of SAP system will be a plus
