Responsible for various post-contract QS duties, including interim payment application, certifying payment, valuation of variation, final account settlement, cost estimation, and subletting;
Monitor payment, variation & claims application and assessment and participate in negotiation; and
Liaise with site team regarding the issues about payment and claims.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying;
Reliable, independent, and professional attitude;
Excellent communication skills;
Strong team player who can work well under pressure; and
Proficient in both written English and Chinese.
