Role ResponsibilitiesThis role is a member of the Wealth Proposition & Solutions team within HK Wealth Management, focusing on driving digital sales and marketing campaigns end to end, devising ways to commercialize our suite of wealth products and services. The goal is to drive customer and product acquisition, deepening and reactivation through digital and hybrid channels.Strategy
  • Assist in developing and driving digital sales strategy to deliver digital sales and revenue targets for key wealth management product including but not limited to FX, Equities, Managed Investments, and Insurance
  • Understand digital product value and develop our unique selling proposition
Business
  • Manage and work with products and cross-functional teams to develop digital sales and marketing campaigns end to end, contributing to wealth digital sales targets and customer KPIs, and driving incremental growth
  • Manage the full backlog of wealth experience enhancements, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
  • Track and perform analysis on business results and market campaigns effectiveness, monitor and optimize the end-to-end digital sales funnel
  • Monitor the Wealth Management health of book to identify actions and client engagement strategies, delivering via digital sales & marketing
  • Work with Group and country analytics teams to synergize customer segmentation, Wealth personas, propensity models, risk profiles, and client sentiments profiling to sharpen targeting, develop personal and relevant messaging strategies, as well as tactical offer and pricing strategies
  • Proactively look for new digital marketing trends and ideas to strengthen digital sales and hybrid sales journeys, enhancing customer experience throughout the sales funnel, and generate quality warm leads

QUALIFICATIONSTRAINING, LICENSES, MEMBERSHIPS AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • At least 8 years of work experience in banking and financial industry, with expert knowledge in digital sales
  • Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge in investment and insurance products, MarTech, and Adobe Analytics
  • Strong business acumen with data analysis and synthesis skills
  • Experience in investment and insurance AI products/ features is a plus
