Level: ExperiencedContact person: HR departmentResponsibilities:Valuation & Modelling:
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial valuation models for investment properties, land & buildings, equipment, and business assets.
  • Contribute to valuations covering various sectors, including industrial, commercial, and real estate.
Market & Data Analysis:
  • Perform detailed analysis of real estate market information and property data.
  • Support market research and comparable analysis to underpin valuation approaches and assumptions.
Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare valuation reports, draft data packs, and review valuations prepared by others under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Help track project progress and assist in reporting summaries to senior management in support of timely, high-quality deliverables.
Cross-Service Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other service lines within the department—such as due diligence, M&A, restructuring & insolvency, litigation support, and forensic services—to support integrated client solutions.
Requirements:Educational Background:
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Urban Land Development, Property Management or a closely related discipline.
Experience:
  • Senior Associate: 1 to 3 years of experience in property valuation or a related field is required.
  • Associate: Fresh graduates or candidates with limited work experience are welcome to apply.
Technical & Professional Skills:
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and valuation modelling (advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred).
  • Strong analytical and research abilities including detailed supporting reference for input parameters and adjustment factors.
  • Knowledgeable in applying ESG factors in property and/or Plant-and-Machinery valuation model is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Professional Credentials (Preferred):
  • Membership with HKIS, RICS, CIREA or a similarly recognized professional body.
  • Progress toward or possession of qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, or CFA is advantageous, though not mandatory.

  • A self-driven, can-do attitude with the ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to develop technical expertise within property valuation.
