Senior Associate / Associate – Deal Advisory Services (Property Valuation)

- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial valuation models for investment properties, land & buildings, equipment, and business assets.
- Contribute to valuations covering various sectors, including industrial, commercial, and real estate.
- Perform detailed analysis of real estate market information and property data.
- Support market research and comparable analysis to underpin valuation approaches and assumptions.
- Prepare valuation reports, draft data packs, and review valuations prepared by others under the guidance of senior team members.
- Help track project progress and assist in reporting summaries to senior management in support of timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with other service lines within the department—such as due diligence, M&A, restructuring & insolvency, litigation support, and forensic services—to support integrated client solutions.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Urban Land Development, Property Management or a closely related discipline.
- Senior Associate: 1 to 3 years of experience in property valuation or a related field is required.
- Associate: Fresh graduates or candidates with limited work experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and valuation modelling (advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred).
- Strong analytical and research abilities including detailed supporting reference for input parameters and adjustment factors.
- Knowledgeable in applying ESG factors in property and/or Plant-and-Machinery valuation model is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Membership with HKIS, RICS, CIREA or a similarly recognized professional body.
- Progress toward or possession of qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, or CFA is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- A self-driven, can-do attitude with the ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to develop technical expertise within property valuation.
