As a Shop Manager, you will be the heart of our specialty store, responsible for daily management, organization, motivation, and training. Specific responsibilities include:

- Supervise daily tasks of employees, including attendance, appearance, customer service etiquette, and hygiene.

- Manage equipment, inventory, accounts, and safety measures.
- 管理店內設備、貨品、賬目和安全措施。
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment, clear accounting, and reasonable inventory levels.

- Oversee store safety protocols.
- 負責店面的安全管理。
培訓管理:
- Develop targeted training programs to enhance employees' professional skills.
- 制定有針對性的培訓計劃,提高員工的專業技能。
- Address sales-related issues through relevant training to improve store performance.
- 根據店內銷售問題進行相應培訓,提高店面業績。
會員管理:
- Maintain customer information to enhance brand awareness.
- 管理顧客信息,提高顧客對品牌的認知度。
- Regularly analyze and report customer consumption records, design tailored membership promotions.
- 定期分析及匯報顧客消費記錄,制定針對性的會員促銷活動。
銷售管理:
- Set reasonable sales targets and create sales plans.
- 制定合理的銷售計劃和目標。
- Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns, rewarding based on employee performance.
- 實施銷售計劃和促銷方案,並根據員工表現進行獎勵。
- Manage employees' sales capabilities and address sales-related challenges.

職位要求:
- Passion for innovative technology.
- 對創新科技感興趣。
- 具有零售經理或其他管理職位的經驗,曾任職電器零售商店者更佳。
- 擁有大專文憑或以上學歷,商業管理或相關領域的學位優先。
- 具備的領導和管理能力。
