Responsible for the overall financial performance of the digital operations, including profit and loss (P&L), and establishing suitable metrics to monitor and assess progress
Make informed decisions regarding the appropriate digital channels and product combination, while allocating resources for marketing and customer acquisition to align with the overall business priorities
Improve the current digital marketing capabilities by strengthening social media presence, creating compelling content, analyzing data, executing promotions and campaigns, optimizing search engine visibility, and effectively managing customer relationships
Creating strategic digital partnerships and fostering an ecosystem that enhances the company's distribution capabilities

Requirements

Fluent in English and Chinese is a must
8 + years of experience in digital sale, preferably in the insurance industry
