- Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Assist the senior institutional sales team in prospecting activities, including identifying potential clients and gathering relevant market intelligence
- Prepare marketing and sales materials, such as presentations, pitch books, and product literature
- Support the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, working closely with the sales team and investment professionals to ensure timely and accurate completion of RFPs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize client events, conferences, and seminars
- Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
- University degree required; MBA / CFA candidate is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales support role within the financial services industry, preferably in fixed income asset management
- Proven experience in supporting senior institutional sales professionals
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages, especially Mandarin or other Asian languages, is highly desirable
