- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand workforce needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and develop comprehensive hiring plans
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the organisation's business goals, considering the specific requirements of both Swire Programmes and head office recruitment
- Regularly review recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience, improve process efficiencies, and reinforce diversity and inclusion commitments
- Devise and execute sourcing and marketing strategies to expand the talent pipeline, and attract top and diverse candidates
- Oversee the design and implementation of marketing campaigns, career events, and tailored content for target audiences
- Develop a talent community management strategy and cultivate a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Swire Programmes and head office recruitment
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors to support recruitment efforts
- Collaborate with HRBPs and the HR Service Delivery Team to deliver a seamless and personalised onboarding experience for all staff
- Utilise recruitment analytics and metrics to track trends, measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and initiatives, identify insights and areas for improvement
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and progress to senior management
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies, emphasising Swire's unique employee value proposition to attract top talent and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice
- Support other assigned ad hoc tasks and HR projects
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- A minimum of 8 -12 years of HR experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading a modern recruitment function in sizable international corporations, including at least 5 years in recruitment leadership roles
- Thorough understanding of talent acquisition strategies, techniques, and best practices
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding. Strong adaptability to evolving recruitment trends and best practices
- Experience in developing and executing employer branding strategies and enhancing employee value propositions
- Proficiency in recruitment marketing and utilisation of social media platforms. Experience in writing recruitment marketing copy is preferred
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems and data-driven recruitment approaches
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Chinese proficiency is advantageous
