- Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring various activities to enhance customer awareness and adoption of company products and services.
- Liaise with property management companies and community stakeholders to organize roadshows and seminars to boost energy-saving awareness and achieve designated targets
- Work closely with vendors to follow through roadshow management including venue sourcing, site visits, booth setup, product display, equipment, manpower resources, etc. to ensure outreach activities are run efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with vendors to conduct outbound calls, monitor customer inquiries, collect customer feedback, and manage their challenges.
- Assist in preparing marketing collaterals, survey analysis, data handling, and report compilation.
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Familiar with Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
