- Maintain the company’s information technology infrastructure
- Manage end-user service levels
- Maintain system documentation and configuration data for regulatory and audit purposes
- Ensure stress/ load test are conducted successfully before deployment
- Analyze problems and troubleshoot, recommend and implement information technology solutions to meet business goal
- Actively protect information technology assets and infrastructure from external or internal threats and maintain the security of the information technology infrastructure through continuous monitoring, proper updating, and patching
- Degree holder in Computer science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 3-year hands on experience with UNIX-like server administration and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Shell or Python
- Attention to detail and think-outside-the-box mentality
- Experience using AWS (Amazon Web Services) and related technologies (e.g. CodeCommit, CodePipeline, CodeDeploy) desirable
- Experience with nodeJS, Chef, Puppet, Docker or OpsWorks desirable
- Strong sense of security
- Fast learner with passion on new technologies
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Fluent Mandarin is an advantage
