- Analyze store-level P&L statements and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Partner with store managers and regional leaders to understand operational challenges and translate them into financial insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales per square foot, labor productivity, shrinkage, and conversion rates.
- Provide financial guidance on store openings, closures, and refurbishments.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to senior leadership.
- Develop dashboards and tools to track real-time store performance.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements in financial reporting and operational workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in retail finance, with experiences in a store operations-focused role.
- Strong understanding of retail metrics, store operations, and inventory management.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
