Provide daily on-the-job training to RAs to ensure smooth operations
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Take charge of all activities on guest floors
Provide clear room assignment for RAs in daily operations
Handle guest enquiries/requests/complaints
Control the minibar and amenities store on guest floors
Protect and maintain hotel properties in good order
Practice Hotel’s environmental management policies and guidelines, e.g. to reduce, re-use, recycle
Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Housekeeping Department of sizeable hotels
Independent and flexible, able to work under pressure
Computer literate
Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
