- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, including bar, hotels, restaurants, and members’ clubs.
- Regularly visit clients to understand their needs and gather feedback, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team to create and implement targeted sales strategies that align with market trends and client goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
- Provide tailored solutions based on client needs, including promotional support, product training, and marketing materials.
- Analyze sales data and account performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for management and clients.
- Represent the company at trade shows, tastings, and industry events to promote our brands and strengthen relationships.
- Organize and host client tastings and events to showcase new products and engage with customers.
- Minimum of 3 years in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably within the wine and spirits industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and influencing decision-makers.
- An understanding of wine and spirits, including trends, regions, production processes, and tasting techniques.
- Ability to navigate challenges and develop effective solutions for clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Familiarity with ERP software, Microsoft Office tools and sales analytical tools
- Diploma graduates or above.
- WSET Level 2 or above is an advantage.
