Our client is a Japanese food wholesaler located between with Chai Wan & Siu Sai Wan (near the Chai Wan fire station). They are currently seeking energetic and suitable candidates who are proficient in Japanese to join their team. Provide administrative support to the daily operation activities協助日本上司工作上的事宜 (需要用簡單日語及英語溝通)
Assist Japanese supervisor with work-related matters (communication in general Japanese & English required)為客戶提供客戶服務及協調客戶訂單(如:香港的酒店/飲食集團...)
Provide service to clients and coordinate with orders (e.g. major hotels and F&B groups in Hong Kong)跟進日本總公司訂貨程序及食品進口的物流事宜
Follow up on ordering procedures with the Japan head office and manage logistics for food imports執行文書工作如:數據輸入、Filing及定期資料更新到系統
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and regular system updateJob Requirements:中學文憑畢業及持有日語N3程度或以上
Diploma holder with Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3 level or above流利廣東話 / 基本的英語,國語及日語
Fluent in Cantonese; General conversation in English, Mandarin, and Japanese懂得使用電腦及中英文打字
Proficient in computer usage and capable of typing in both Chinese and English首紀律 , 願意學習 , 健談 , 有禮貌 , 性格開朗
