- Liaise with users to update contact details, mailing groups, and other relevant information on the portal.
- Provide guidance and assistance in adopting project management best practices.
- Conduct surveys on public-facing IT systems and system upgrades/replacements; analyze data and compile management reports.
- Design, develop, and maintain input forms and data processing tools using Excel, Word Macros, and VBA.
- Organize additional test services for selected public-facing systems of B/Ds.
- Perform research, studies, surveys, and data analysis as required.
- Execute other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 4 years of working experience in Information Technology industry
- Solid experience in design, development and maintenance of IT systems e.g. theme pages and forms by using Excel and Word Macros and VBA
- Must have good coordination skills and data analysis/processing skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
