Coordinate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare necessary documentation and manage submissions.
Perform data entry tasks as required.
Collaborate with the team on measurement tasks and financial costing for work orders.
Liaise with clients and government authorities for measurement-related matters.
Occasionally undertake outdoor assignments as required.
Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as directed.

Requirements:

Degree/Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying with at least 1 year of relevant experience in QS-related work; OR
Degree/Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building with 1 year of post-qualification experience in road and drainage maintenance contracts or civil engineering contracts.
Proficient in both English and Cantonese.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position.
