- Identify and prioritize key retail accounts and build strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adapt sales strategies as needed.
- Conduct regular sales analysis and reporting to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and grow existing retail accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with retail partners on visual merchandising, product assortment, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular store visits to train and educate retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to retail partners to meet sales targets and drive brand loyalty.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail staff on product knowledge and application techniques.
- Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations and workshops to educate both retail staff and customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, scientific advancements, and competitor products to provide accurate and relevant information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop educational materials and tools for retail partners.
- Recruit, train, and manage a regional sales team to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes continuous learning and high performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of the luxury skincare market and consumer trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Exceptional presentation and training skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
