Our client is a fast-growing luxury skincare brand known for our innovative products and commitment to quality. The brand is dedicated to providing exceptional skincare solutions that enhance natural beauty and promote overall skin health. As they continue to expand their presence in the market, they are seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales and Education Manager to join their team.Role Overview:The Regional Sales and Education Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and brand awareness within their assigned region. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key retail accounts, and providing education and training to our retail partners and their staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and skincare, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.What you will:Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive market penetration.
  • Identify and prioritize key retail accounts and build strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adapt sales strategies as needed.
  • Conduct regular sales analysis and reporting to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Retail Account Management:
  • Manage and grow existing retail accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with retail partners on visual merchandising, product assortment, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular store visits to train and educate retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to retail partners to meet sales targets and drive brand loyalty.
Education and Training:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail staff on product knowledge and application techniques.
  • Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations and workshops to educate both retail staff and customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, scientific advancements, and competitor products to provide accurate and relevant information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop educational materials and tools for retail partners.
Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a regional sales team to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes continuous learning and high performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury skincare market and consumer trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Exceptional presentation and training skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
