Job Description:
  • Technical Support: Provide deskside and remote support for hardware and software issues to all users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Incident Management: Handle and resolve IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner, following internal procedures and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Installation and Configuration: Set up, install, configure, and maintain IT hardware (computers, printers, peripherals) and software applications.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks and updates on IT systems to ensure they are secure and operating efficiently.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT issues, solutions, and equipment inventory.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to address and resolve technical issues and improve existing IT infrastructure.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on how to use IT equipment and software effectively.
